Texture Coordinates
S, T - texture offset in map units.
R - texture rotation in degrees.
SX, SY - texture scale factors. Value 1.0 is the normal size, value 2.0 will make the texture twice
as big, and value 0.5 will make it half the size. Using negative values will flip the texture.
